Going through college in 1979, I had a job as a valet parking attendant I had a chance to start my own valet service in 1984 and I did. As an owner of the valet service, I wanted all my employees to be and do what I have always done by being helpful, prompt, well trained, and professional and be honest and courteous.   So since I started the service, I have personally hired and trained every valet attendant to make sure that my employees are up to the high standards that I demand from my employees to ensure quality , safety and satisfactory . I personally oversee the operation on a daily bases. I make the necessary adjustments as needed. I know my employees and I know what each and everyone one of them is capable of doing. I feel great about the services that my company provides because I feel comfortable with the experience and knowledge that my employees have mastered.
